- Deliver nursing care to patients following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.
- Plan and implement nursing care for patients.
- Document nursing assessments.
- Identify and report situations requiring further intervention.
- Formulate and communicate a goal-directed plan of care.
- Assure patient rights.
- Perform job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital and principles of quality improvement.
