Pay: $152,791.00 - $215,233.00 plus call compensation

Shift: Weekends - every 4th weekend for inpatient rounds, and on-call for OR and inpatient calls (NOT in-house); Weeknights - 1 night/week, NOT in-house, on-call for OR and inpatient calls

Job Responsibilities

First assist in adult cardiac surgery, including Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
Manage patients in the hospital, both critical care and telemetry units
Spend the majority of time in the OR and hospital
Perform bedside procedures based on interest and experience
Occasional clinic responsibilities may be involved

Required Skills

Core Skills

Advanced background in nursing
Understanding of anatomy, physiology, histology, and pharmacology
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Experience with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
Certification by specialty area

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery is preferred

Education:

License & Certification:

Washington State Registered Nurse License
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in Washington
ACLS
BLS

Schedule:

Operating room and inpatient call duties
