Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Support staff education, coaching, and performance development
Assist in regulatory compliance, survey prep, and continuous quality improvement
Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation within budget
Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth

3+ years of clinical nursing experience
1+ year in long-term care and management

Experience: 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in long-term care and management

Education: BSN (preferred)

License & Certification:

Active, CT Registered Nurse license
CPR certification
