Pay: $71.460 - $92.200 - $112.950

Provide effective management of operations for the hospital and administration during regular and non-regular business hours.
Deliver quality, cost effective patient care per guidelines and standards.
Assist with direct patient care by demonstrating clinical competence.
Act as a mentor to staff, resolving identified learning or performance issues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve communication trends/problems.
Facilitate patient movement priority per policy and address staff, patient or family complaints.
Implement systems to inform staff compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Evaluate patients for 72 hour/5150 detention criteria.
Identify staffing pattern problems and report to managers.
