Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing VEN CENTER regional operations and personnel
- Providing leadership and support to clinical staff
- Team building
- Maintaining relationships with patients and partners
- Enforcing standards and ensuring productivity and KPI goals
- Conducting outreach to high-risk communities
- Patient education
- Testing and psychosocial assessments
- Supporting treatment adherence
- Documentation and compliance with HIPAA
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Managerial experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently remotely
- Phlebotomy experience
- RN license in good standing
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of public health principles related to HIV, HCV, STIs
- Harm reduction
- Bilingual Spanish
- Problem-solving skills
