Job Responsibilities

Managing the delivery of safe, effective and efficient clinical services and patient care
Deploying flexible staffing resources to align with patient needs within budgeted productivity targets
Coordinating quality improvement initiatives
Recruiting, retaining, and hiring staff
Managing performance and supporting staff growth
Ensuring resources for clinical care are available
Accomplishing all clinical work in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements
