Job Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
Demonstrating competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Clinical competence in nursing care and management of target patient populations.

Preferred Skills

One year of RN experience

Requirements

Experience: One year of RN experience preferred.

Education: Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, typically acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

License & Certification:

Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
American Academy of Pediatric (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one year of hire.
Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) required within 2 years of hire (not required for optional staff).
