Provide strategic guidance to service segment or functional teams in alignment with the Mission and Core Values of Providence St Joseph Health.
Oversee the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of programs and initiatives supporting organizational improvements in Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
Develop efficient strategies and tactics in conjunction with other PSJH leaders to solve systemic and acute issues and improve operations.
