Job Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned.
- Perform direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active RN license in the state of PA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
Preferred Skills
- At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
