- Oversee day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
- Ensure supervision is in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
- Carry out assigned duties with administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Active RN license for the state of PA
- Experience as a supervisor in healthcare settings
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Requirements
Experience: 2 years as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare facility
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved RN program
License & Certification:
- Active RN license for the state of PA
