Job Responsibilities

Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care, including delegation of position appropriate patient care.
Carry out physician and nursing orders.
Conduct systematic assessments to collect and analyze data about patients.
Update patient records to accurately reflect patient conditions.
Develop care plans with measurable and achievable short- and long-range goals in collaboration with the patient and family.
Implement care plans based on assessment and problem identification.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
Monitor vital signs, telemetry monitors, and interpret EKGs.
Ensure patient safety.
Administer medications.
Provide patient and family education.
Supervise and multitask within the healthcare team.

Requirements

Experience: One year of RN experience

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
