Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Perform assessment by using a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze patient data, including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Update patient records to accurately reflect patient condition.
Set measurable and achievable short- and long-range goals in collaboration with the patient and family based on assessment and problem identification.
Write assessment data, problem identification, and goals in the patient's care plan for access by other health professionals.
Implement care plan.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Monitor vital signs, telemetry monitors, and EKG interpretation.
Ensure patient safety.
Administer medication.
Provide patient/family education.
Supervise and multitask.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from American Heart Association.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience: One year of RN experience.

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
