Job Responsibilities

Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members.
Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities.

Requirements

Experience:

Education: Graduation from a school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
