- Provide direct nursing care to the residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and the CNAs.
- Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
Preferred Skills
- Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community

Experience: Previous RN Charge Nurse experience preferred
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from an approved Registered Nurse program
License & Certification:
