Job Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical patient care.
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level.
Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.
Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
