Job Responsibilities
- Deliver all comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessment, medication administration, treatment implementation, monitoring of patient progress, and coordination with the healthcare team.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure optimal patient care.
- Manage office and other medical staff, handle clinical reporting, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and staff performance.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care services, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure safety and satisfaction within the medical office.
- Act as a liaison and address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Skills

- Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
Preferred Skills
- Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar certification

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar certification preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time position with standard office hours
- Weekly travel to different offices to support the medical staff
