Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients, ages birth to 21.
- Care for children with medical complexities including trachs, vents, and g-tubes.
- Support families in their homes as they navigate healthcare needs.
- Engage in personalized training to enhance skills in pediatric care.
- Utilize 24/7 clinical support for assistance during shifts.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Pediatric nursing experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to care for patients with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with home healthcare
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
