Develop and implement individual patient care plans in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
Administer medications as ordered and demonstrate knowledge of their modes of action, side effects, and contraindications.
Initiate, regulate, and manage IV therapy for assigned patients.
Assume responsibility for patient placement on the unit and assignment of care responsibilities based on the complexity of care required.
Evaluate patient environment for safety and communicate identified concerns to the appropriate person.
Provide patient education and keep patients informed of their treatment plan.

Experience: Current acute clinical care experience preferred

Education: Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
