Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of the field staff.
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Review plans of care on a daily basis.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona
