Pay: $135,000 - $145,000/annum

Job Responsibilities

Participates in the development of overall direction and policies of the health center.
Collaborates with Administrative staff and other personnel in planning services for the patients.
Direct supervision of nurses, including hiring, onboarding, 1-1 meetings, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Communicates with CNO and leadership to provide input and guidance on nursing needs in the center.
Provides direct supervision to Nursing personnel including RN, LPN, MA and HCSR.
Participates in determining resources and support needed for the Nursing Department and daily operations.
Collaborates with site leadership to promote quality patient care and effective staff relations.
Oversees estimated needs including supplies and equipment and determination as well as communication of all employees.
Participates in the preparation of the emergency contingency plan specifying nursing staff responses to internal or external disasters.
Participates in policy decisions that affect patient care services.
Provides Quality Management direction and oversight for nursing and ancillary activities.
Oversees and controls supplies impacting patient care, including ordering and charging of stock medications and medical supplies.
Actively participates in Quality Management Committee (QMC) and Nursing team meetings, ensuring regular monitoring is conducted and reported.

Requirements

Experience: 5 years in clinical nursing; 3 to 5 years in administrative/Supervisory capacity
