Triage and document all incoming clinical phone calls, including patient calls for emergencies or questions involving their care and pharmacy calls, medication clarifications, and drug interactions.
Communicate information on behalf of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to patients as directed.
Document messages in patient charts as needed.
Manage new, renewal, and/or refill prescriptions for patients via EMR system and check all prior disbursements to patients.
Adhere to compliance and complete compliance training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
