Job Responsibilities

Provide professional, specialized nursing care to adult patients in acute or post-acute settings.
Serve as a second level supervisor and first level manager in the nursing series.
Provide direction and leadership to nursing personnel across all shifts within a specific location in the facility.
Ensure an adequate standard of care.
