Job Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients.
Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
Care coordination and patient calls/triage.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations
Recovery or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
ACLS certification

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Requirements

Experience: Clinical competence and experience; less than 1 year of registered nurse experience requires enrollment in a BSN program.

Education: Completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

License & Certification:

Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Schedule:

Three days per week, rotating days; 8 hour shifts.
