Job Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
Provide care and management of target patient populations specific to cardiology procedures including pacemakers, cardioversions, and devices.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Clinical competence in managing patients undergoing cardiology procedures
Critical care experience
Experience in step down or pre and post cardiac procedure care

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Requirements

Experience: Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Education: Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

License & Certification:

Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
