Job Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision.
- Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
- Performs duties in a manner consistent with the organization's mission, values, and service standards.

Requirements
Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
License & Certification:
- Current state LPN licensure or eligible for licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- LPN-IV Certification must be completed within 3 months of hire
