Job Title: Skilled Visits RN
Position: Pediatric Home Health Nurse
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Pay: Per Visit Model - $70-$75 per Visit | $90-$100 per Start of Care or Salary Model - $70,000-$75,000 annually
Shift: Flexible schedule, 10-20 visits per week

Job Responsibilities
- Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, or young adults according to the active plan of care.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
- Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, and responses.
- Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Manage case load and care coordinate with providers and patient families.
- Practice safe delivery of physician ordered care to pediatric patients in a home environment.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Provide feeding tube management and education.
- Administer and manage medication.
- Provide central line management, lab draws, and infusion education.
- Perform tracheostomy education and urinary catheter management and care.
- Perform accurate and concise documentation.
Required Skills

- Active Nursing License in good standing
- One year + of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Attention to detail

- Flexibility & dependability
Preferred Skills
- Home health experience
- PICC/Central line experience
