Position: Transitioning Nurse to NICU Nursing
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $36.00 - $55.80
Shift: Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM including rotating weekends and rotating holiday

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the NICU Nurse Transition Program, training with a NICU nurse preceptor for 16 weeks.
- Engage in dedicated education time as part of the transition program.
- Provide family-centered care in the Level III NICU unit.
- Assist in managing a 35-bed NICU setup.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient RN experience
Preferred Skills
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing to be obtained within five years if only Associate Degree is held.

Education: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years if only Associate Degree is held.
License & Certification:
