Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
- Ensure that supervision is in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
- Carry out assigned duties with the necessary administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of PA
- Supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
