Lead interdisciplinary process improvement activities in assigned clinical service lines supporting high-quality patient-centered care.
Collaborate with service line, physician and ancillary department leadership to monitor care processes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate changes to deliver measurable improvements in quality, safety, and care experience.
Utilize knowledge and skills to recommend priorities based on objective data and feedback from leadership and care team members.
Engage in facility, division, or corporate wide activities and teams to pursue improvements to care and workflow.
Perform activities in conjunction with the organizational quality improvement team and align with the VP of Quality Improvement.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years applicable/related experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
