Job Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary process improvement activities in assigned clinical service lines supporting high-quality patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with service line, physician and ancillary department leadership to monitor care processes.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate changes to deliver measurable improvements in quality, safety, and care experience.
- Utilize knowledge and skills to recommend priorities based on objective data and feedback from leadership and care team members.
- Engage in facility, division, or corporate wide activities and teams to pursue improvements to care and workflow.
- Perform activities in conjunction with the organizational quality improvement team and align with the VP of Quality Improvement.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse in the state of practice or multi-state compact license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
Preferred Skills
- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years applicable/related experience
