Job Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care.
Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.
Ensure the competency of clinical staff.
Manage appropriate resources related to patient care.

Requirements

Experience:

Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school; preferred academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
