Job Responsibilities
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) in clinical care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others in creating and updating care plans.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team.
- Support performance improvement activities inclusive of all stakeholders.
- Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and required education.
- Serve as a preceptor and mentor to ensure a qualified workforce.
- Promote evidence-based practice and nursing research.
- Proactively plan for patient care across the continuum.
- Participate in the development of protocols and procedures.

Requirements
Experience:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
License & Certification:
- Reg Nurse (Single State)
- RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support
- BLS - Instructor
- BLS - Provisional
