Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians.
- Deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures.
- Cultivate a patient-centric environment focusing on the entire individual's needs.
- Ensure continuity of care within scope of practice standards.
- Implement accurate and safe anesthetic care.
- Monitor vital signs and anesthetic considerations during procedures.
- Ensure appropriate documentation in accordance with hospital requirements.
- Demonstrate high standards of ethical behavior and commitment to patient care.
- Engage in professional development projects to advance competency.

Requirements
Experience: Preferred clinical working experience as a CRNA, but none required.
Education: Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program
License & Certification:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- AANA Certification
- State of CT RN and APRN License
- ACLS Certification
- DEA Registration
- State of CT Controlled Substance Registration
Schedule:
- Flexibility to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of the call rotation.
- Willingness to respond to emergency calls.
