Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
Responsible for a clinic unit and coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's.
Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers.
Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
Trains and mentors staff.

Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience; a minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II EQ Only.

Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
