Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate monthly transfers/transport stat reports to identify trends and take actions accordingly.
- Work with program leadership to define and build outreach reports/dashboard to measure/track outreach activity effectiveness.
- Partner closely with NCH professionals in various departments to ensure unified and collaborative delivery of content.
- Support complex coordination of patient transports to/from referral sites as needed.
- Prepare and maintain records of activities, track spending within approved budgetary guidelines, and prepare reports.
- Provide education, information, and trainings regarding programs and services related to neonatal/pediatric transport.
- Participate in meetings and conferences to receive and convey information.
- Identify progressive ideas through research and track related accomplishments for their potential impact on NCH's LifeFlight program.
- Ensure effective planning and organization of community outreach efforts.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to promote the awareness of the Nicklaus Children's Hospital LifeFlight program.
- Develop regional educational materials in collaboration with marketing and communications.
- Solicit critical care transport staff to assist with outreach education opportunities.
- Provide communication and follow-up with facilities after educational programs.
- Define, develop, and ensure optimal working relationships with community physicians and medical staff.

Preferred Skills
- Master's Degree in business, nursing, healthcare, marketing, communications, or public relations
- Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or public relations
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans and marketing strategies
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services and Critical Care Transport operations
Education: Bachelor's Degree Science in Nursing (BSN)
License & Certification:
- RN Licensure within the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC)
- American Heart Association BLS Instructor Provider
- American Heart Association PALS Instructor Provider
- American Heart Association ACLS Instructor Provider
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor Provider
- Air Medical Crew Core Curriculum (AMCCC) required within 6 months of hire
- Active and valid State of Florida drivers license
