Job Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
Assess, plan and implement direct clinical care
Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care
Support CNO in ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
Ensure competency of clinical staff
Manage resources related to patient care

Required Skills

Core Skills

Active and current registered nurse license
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for nursing

Preferred Skills

Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)

Requirements

Experience: 1 year RN experience; Must have recent charge nurse experience in Cath Lab or ICU

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

License & Certification:

ACLS
BLS
Currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession
