Job Responsibilities

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift.
Administer medications and change dressings.
Monitor vital signs and document in a timely manner.
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging.

Requirements

Experience: At least one (1) year of RN experience

Basic Life Support (BLS)
