Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Perform interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document care, monitor patient condition, and communicate updates to the care team, physicians, and families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient education tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs and advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- May perform duties of CNA, MA, or LPN when needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and committees.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Valid RN licensure in Tennessee
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under stress

- BSN preferred
