Job Responsibilities

Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
Evaluate the patient's condition continually, ensuring safety, comfort, and privacy.
Assist physicians in procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation and utilizing sterile techniques.
Provide comprehensive patient care to those emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation.
Conduct assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patient discharge.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Active RN license in the state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Two years experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred
Decision-making based on nursing judgment
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

PALS certification if required by the center

Requirements

Experience: 2 years experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred

Education: Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing

License & Certification:

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS if required by the center
