Pay: $131,782.56 to $190,754.30

Job Responsibilities
- Examine patients and compile patient medical data and results of examination.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
- Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice.
- Assist in the development and presentation of educational programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients, clients, and peers.
- Ensure accuracy in completing tasks and performing quality assurance checks.
- Provide a warm patient experience regardless of patient volume.
- Manage time, prioritize, and multi-task in a busy environment.
- Adapt to changing business needs such as scheduling and working different hours.
- Deliver quality care consistently in a busy clinical environment.
- Seek opportunities for additional clinical training and self-development.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders while incorporating organizational values.
- Listen to and understand client needs to act and address them.
Required Skills

- FMCSA NRCME certification.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical operations.
Requirements
Experience: At least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.
Education: Bachelors’ degree in related health field from an accredited college or university; Graduate of accredited PA or NP program.
License & Certification:
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Board Certification.
- DEA required prior to start date.
