Job Responsibilities

Manage a full panel of patients with psychiatric needs ages 6-21 years in an outpatient setting.
Complete comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and execute ongoing treatment plans, including medication management.
Coordinate care with relevant disciplines and services.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Engage in educational functions of the department, including didactic teaching, precepting trainees, and consultations with primary care.
Assist with coverage of Consult Liaison Service mainly through at-home call on weeknights and weekends, and daytime service as needed.
Receive separate compensation for weeknight and weekend call.
