Job Responsibilities
- Support system-wide programs, initiatives, projects, and interventions focused on patient experience.
- Provide support and coaching to improve patient experience in respective areas.
- Deliver employee training curriculum.
- Drive development of activities and provide continuous feedback for employee, patient, guest, and physician engagement.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management ability
- Excellent written/oral communication including presentation skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong technical skills including computer proficiency
- Understanding of mathematical, quantitative and statistical concepts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with process improvement initiatives in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies (e.g. PDSA/PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in healthcare, including 5 years in an acute care setting
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare, marketing, business or related field preferred
License & Certification:
- Current Georgia or Compact Registered Nurse license required
- APP/NP Advanced Practice Registered Professional Nurse or similar preferred
