Job Responsibilities
- Lead the practice of nursing and manage care on the patient care unit.
- Provide 24/7 accountability care for assigned patients.
- Promote evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
- Ensure proficiency in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promote quality care.

Requirements
Experience: 2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
- ACLS Certification, if required by department.
