Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for resident care by managing, directing, and monitoring the nursing team.
- Provide clinical care through nursing assessments, progress notes, and individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care for residents.
- Serve as the CLIA Director for the community as required.
- Partner with Neighborhood Coordinators to promote integrated wellness operations.
- Assist Sales partners in assessing potential residents for appropriateness for move-in.
- Manage medication care managers and oversee the community medication management program.
- Conduct clinical training and education for the care team.
- Track, trend, and report clinical quality data to identify risks.
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives within the community.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members; manage their performance.
- Complete staffing and scheduling according to operational guidelines.
- Establish compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum two (2) years RN experience; preferred one (1) year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing.
License & Certification:
- Current RN license
- CPR and First Aid certification
Schedule:
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- 24/7 on-call responsibility
