Supervise medication nurses, medical assistants, and lab personnel.
Function as a Medication Nurse as needed, responsible for administering and dispensing methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order.
Prepare and deliver performance evaluations (30, 60, 90-day and annual).
Assist with interviewing and selection of medical staff.
Approve time off requests and make corrections to clock ins/outs as required.
Complete internal DEA Audit and ensure medication shipments comply with DEA and company procedures if on the authorized signer's list.
Ensure employee TBs, chest x-rays, and/or TB Symptom Screening Tool are conducted at hire and then annually; assist with random and new hire employee UAs.
On-Call phone rotation, access to EHR to verify doses and ROIs, and handle after-hour calls.
May travel to other locations to assist with training and/or nurse coverage.
