Coordinate all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care, including delegation of position appropriate patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Conduct systematic assessment and analysis of data about a patient, including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Update patient records to accurately reflect patient condition.
Set measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with the patient and family based on assessment and problem identification.
Document assessment data, problem identification, and goals in the patient’s care plan for access by all health professionals involved in the patient's care.
Implement care plans.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
Monitor vital signs, telemetry monitors, and interpret EKGs.
Ensure patient safety.
Administer medications.
Provide patient/family education.
Supervise and multitask effectively.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from American Heart Association.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience: One year of RN experience.

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
