Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical directors and site physicians.
- Deliver age-appropriate care under established protocols.
- Conduct patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Initiate treatment and make independent decisions.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Pediatric assessment and treatment
- Proficiency in urgent care procedures
- Regulatory knowledge (OSHA, CLIA)

Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant with a focus on pediatric care.
Education:
License & Certification:
- Valid, unencumbered Texas RN license
- Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC)
- Current PALS certification
