Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Experienced) - Infusion Center and ExpressCare

Position: Hybrid APP role supporting patient care onsite and virtually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

Serve as the on-site provider at the Geneva Infusion Center
Quickly respond to emergency infusion reactions and provide clinical interventions
Collaborate with infusion RNs and pharmacy teams to ensure safe and effective care
Provide virtual consultations for low-acuity, same-day needs across the health system
Utilize telehealth platforms, EHR documentation, and clinical workflows to streamline virtual visits
Transition into virtual care mode during infusion center downtime
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Complete appropriate billing codes and required documentation
Coordinate care and escalate to collaborating physicians or specialists as needed

Current NYS licensure and national certification
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred in urgent care, infusion, or emergency medicine
Comfortable with multitasking between in-person and virtual care responsibilities
Strong clinical judgment with excellent digital bedside manner
Tech-savvy and adaptable with experience using virtual care platforms
Collaborative, communicative, and highly responsive in team-based environments

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Education: MS: Nursing (Required)

License & Certification:

NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
