Job Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive, office-based care for new and established patients
Conduct evaluations, physical exams, and design personalized treatment plans
Interpret labs and imaging; prescribe and manage medications
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to root-cause healing and prevention

Required Skills

Core Skills

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
Current DEA certification

Preferred Skills

Experience with hormone therapy
Experience with obesity medicine
Experience with integrative/functional medicine
Certification in obesity management
1–2 years of outpatient or hospital-based clinical experience
