Job Responsibilities
- Provide direction and supervision of staff orientation, training, and development.
- Evaluate individual staff performance.
- Function as a clinical expert responsible for the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care.
- Assume responsibility for care coordination focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to remove barriers and implement evidence-based programs.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Engage in professional organizations to enhance leadership and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Promote an inclusive workplace valuing diversity.
- Contribute to the development of care delivery models and environmental design.

Requirements
Experience: 2 years of specialized nursing experience

- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse
