Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, delegate, direct, negotiate, and evaluate services delivered by the Adult Critical Care departments and personnel.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other department leadership personnel for nursing care functions and activities.
- Maintain effective communication.
- Develop and recommend policies, procedures, or programs to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and/or effectiveness of patient care.

Requirements
Experience: Five years’ experience in progressive management in a hospital setting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
- Current BLS provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Current ACLS provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
